Living with PTSD can feel like you’re constantly on high alert, stuck in the past, or easily overwhelmed by reminders of a traumatic experience. Whether the trauma was recent or happened years ago, it can leave a lasting imprint on your mental, emotional, and even physical health.

At Seven Springs Health and Wellness, we create a safe, supportive space to help you process what you’ve been through and begin healing. Using a combination of integrative psychiatry and personalized support, we work with you to reduce symptoms, build resilience, and restore a sense of peace and control in your life.

Trauma

Trauma doesn’t have to be one big event; it can be something that builds up over time, leaves you feeling unheard, or makes you question your sense of safety. Its impact lingers in thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

Healing from trauma takes trust, time, and support. We’ll help you identify how trauma has affected your mental and physical health, and guide you through a plan that encourages restoration and growth.

Mood Disorders

Mood disorders like bipolar disorder and dysthymia can cause your emotional state to swing between highs and lows or feel stuck in a low place for long periods. These shifts can affect your energy, motivation, relationships, and overall quality of life.

At Seven Springs Health and Wellness, we take time to understand how your moods impact your daily experience and tailor treatment to help you find balance. ADHD can make it difficult to stay organized, focused, or follow through on tasks. Whether you’ve been managing symptoms for years or recently received a diagnosis, ADHD affects more than just attention—it can influence your confidence, relationships, and sense of self.

We offer a supportive, judgment-free space to help you better understand your brain and build strategies that work for you. Treatment may include medication management, coaching tools, and therapy to help improve focus, motivation, and emotional regulation.

PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder)

PMDD is more than just “bad PMS.” It can cause intense mood swings, irritability, fatigue, and physical discomfort that disrupt your daily life. These symptoms usually appear in the week or two before your period and can feel overwhelming or even isolating.

At Seven Springs Health and Wellness, we take PMDD seriously. We work with you to identify patterns in your cycle, offer targeted treatment options, and support your emotional and physical well-being. You’re not imagining it—and you’re not alone.

Panic Disorder

Panic disorder can make you feel like anxiety is taking over: fast, intense, and out of nowhere. If you’ve ever felt a racing heart, trouble breathing, or fear that something terrible is happening during a panic attack, you’re not alone. These episodes can be terrifying and unpredictable.

We help you regain a sense of calm and safety by identifying your triggers and giving you practical tools to navigate anxious moments. With a combination of therapy and, if needed, medication, many people see a big difference in how often and how intensely panic shows up.
