    Frequently Asked Questions

    Do I need a referral to access lactation or postpartum mental health services?
    No referral is needed. You can reach out directly to schedule lactation support or perinatal mental health care.
    Is Spravato covered by insurance?
    Many insurance providers do cover Spravato treatment for treatment-resistant depression. We’ll work with you to navigate coverage and pre-authorization requirements.
    Is therapy available without starting medication?
    Yes, therapy can be provided on its own. We collaborate with each client to determine the best plan—whether that includes medication, talk therapy, or both.
    What’s the cancellation policy?
    We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Missed or late-cancelled appointments may incur a fee.
    What if my insurance isn’t accepted?
    We offer private-pay options and can provide superbills for reimbursement if you’re using out-of-network benefits.
